Shrimp Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 small onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    2 cans beef consomme
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pot.
    Add onion, bell pepper and pimentos; saute until tender.
    Add shrimp; stir until pink.
    Add beef consomme, then rice.
    Bring to a boil.
    Turn heat down to medium-low until rice is tender.
