Frosty Date Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1/3 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    dash of salt
    2/3 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream the butter and powdered sugar together.
    Stir in water, vanilla and salt.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Stir in the dates and nuts.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place 2 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until set but not brown.
    While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
