Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. red food coloring
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil well, then add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Beat in the vinegar and food coloring.
    Sift flour with soda and cocoa, then add the flour mixture alternately with buttermilk to the egg mixture.
    Stir in one teaspoon of vanilla. Blend thoroughly and pour into 2 greased and floured layer cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
