Potato-Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 potatoes, diced
pinch of salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. dry mushrooms
Preparation

Cook potatoes with mushrooms in 1 1/4 quarts water with salt. While potatoes are cooking, mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together.
When potatoes are done, add sour cream mixture to potatoes and water.
Stir thoroughly.
Simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Add pepper to taste.
Pour small amount at a time in blender and blend until smooth.
