Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry, except bake 5 minutes before filling.
    Carefully easy pastry back into dish if necessary.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs and vanilla with hand beater.
    Beat in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into partially baked pie shell.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted half way from center of filling comes out clean. Cool slightly.
    Serve warm or refrigerate until serving time. Makes 8 servings.
