Baked Carrot Squares(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (brown)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
    1 c. grated carrots (raw)
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in buttered baking dish (8 inches square).
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 9 squares.
