Green Bean And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans
    1 can corn
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds
Preparation
    In 2 1/2-quart baking dish, combine beans, corn, chestnuts and onions.
    In medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Pour into vegetables and stir lightly to coat.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    In small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, almonds and butter. Sprinkle over casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is lightly browned and bubbling.
    Serves 6 to 8.
