Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. During last 15 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with cornflake crumbs and melted butter. Great for church potluck.
