Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

eggplant, sliced 1-inch thick
3 medium onions
2 minced garlic cloves
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese
Preparation

Brush eggplant with oil.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Saute onions, garlic and ground beef.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, salt and pepper.
Layer eggplant and meat in casserole; top with Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
