Herb-Stuffed Turkey Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. half-turkey breast, boned (with skin)
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 slices Canadian bacon
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation

Place turkey breast, skin side down.
Spread cut surfaces with mustard.
Top with bacon, thyme and parsley.
Fold long sides of breast over stuffing so they overlap slightly.
Skewer or tie to hold sides together.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
