Steak Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak, cubed
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans beef consomme
    2 cans water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Preparation
    Brown steak in butter. Add salt, pepper, celery and onion. Cook until onion is transparent. Add consomme and water. Simmer 30 minutes. Add potatoes and simmer another 30 minutes.
