Kirvin'S Tea Room Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 sticks margarine, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. flour
1 small can milk (1/2 c.)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 deep dish (9-inch) pie crusts

Preparation

Stir margarine into sweet potatoes.
Add sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes two pies.
