Cranberry Orange Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 orange, quartered and seeded
    1 c. cranberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
    1 c. bottled cranberry juice cocktail
Preparation
    Put orange and cranberries through food chopper.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Sprinkle gelatin on 1/2 cup of cranberry juice to soften.
    Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in remaining 1/2 cup cranberry juice and orange-cranberry mixture.
    Turn into individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
