Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs, beaten by hand
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. white sugar (granulated)
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped black walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. walnut extract
confectioners sugar
small amount milk
Preparation

Hand mix all of the above ingredients, except for confectioners sugar and milk.
Pour thick mixture into greased tube pan with removable bottom.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven.
Mix enough milk with the confectioners sugar to make a glaze.
Glaze cake while hot.
