Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 bell pepper, chopped
salt to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut steak into 1/2-inch cubes.
Saute steak cubes, bell pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons of corn oil until slightly brown.
Add soy sauce and cover with hot water.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and cook slowly for 2 hours or until steak is tender.
Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
