Jimmy Casey'S Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. container Cheddar cheese spread (such as Wispride)
2 Tbsp. grated horseradish
2 Tbsp. beer
1 Tbsp. freeze dried chives
3 to 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Put them in a bowl and mix with a spoon until well blended.
Refrigerate until the spread firms up enough so that it can be easily spread on a cracker.
Serve with crackers or French bread.
Tightly cover leftover and refrigerate for another time.
