Baked Stuffed Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. scallops, quartered
    1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. plain bread crumbs
    salt, pepper & garlic salt to taste
    1/2 pt. heavy cream or light cream
Preparation
    In a saucepan melt butter, add crackers, bread crumbs and seasoning.
    Fold in cut scallops; place in ungreased 4 qt. casserole; pour cream evenly over top of scallops.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, till golden.
