Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
3 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Put popped corn on 2 cookie sheets.
Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan.
Boil for 5 minutes, then add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour liquid over popped corn on cookie sheet.
Peanuts and almonds can be added to popped corn.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
