Lobster Thermidor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boiled lobster
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    sherry
    3 large mushrooms, sliced
    dash of paprika
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut lobster in half; remove meat and break into small pieces. Cook mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter; add paprika, mustard, parsley and sherry.
    Heat just to boiling; melt remaining butter and blend in flour and milk.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Season with salt and pepper; add mushroom mixture and lobster.
    Fill shells with mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 2.
