Microwave Peach Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. chopped, crystallized ginger
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. honey
    29 oz. can peach halves, drained and finely chopped
Preparation
    In 2-quart microwave-safe bowl combine all ingredients. Microwave on High for 9 to 14 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring every 2 minutes.
    Spoon into 3 clean, hot 8-ounce jars.
    Screw lids on firmly.
    Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
    Makes 3 cups.
