Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
3 boiled and chopped eggs
3 oz chow mein noodles
Preparation

Combine chicken, salt and pepper, celery, soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Layer 1/2 mixture in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle chopped eggs over chicken mixture.
Top with the remaining chicken mixture and the chow mein noodles.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (until bubbly). Serves 6.
