Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 c. soft bread crumbs
20 c. milk
2 1/2 c. butter
5 c. sugar
10 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 tsp. salt
10 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. seedless raisins
Preparation

Place bread crumbs in baking dish.
Scald milk with butter; pour over crumbs.
Add sugar, eggs, salt and cinnamon.
Blend well.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Serves 70 to 75.
