Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fish fillets
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cooking wine
    1/4 lb. oleo
Preparation
    Put flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt in bag and shake.
    Put fish into flour mixture and shake.
    Take fish out of bag and lay on paper towel.
    Melt oleo in baking dish.
    Lay fish flesh side down on melted oleo; flip fish over and lay it on skin.
    Add lemon juice to wine and pour over fish.
    Bake at 320\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Then put under broiler for 5 minutes to brown.
