Pepperoni Pinwheels(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. finely grated pepperoni
    5 oz. shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 slightly beaten egg
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent refrigerator rolls
Preparation
    Blend pepperoni, cheese, oregano and egg.
    Separate crescent rolls into 8 rectangles.
    Spread mixture over each rectangle. Start at short side and roll up and seal.
    Cut each roll into 6 pieces and place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Can also be frozen and reheated.
