Tortilla Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 flour tortillas
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 chopped onion
2 c. Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. each: cumin, black pepper, red pepper, garlic and salt
Preparation

Cook all ingredients except tortillas and cheese 20 to 30 minutes or until translucent.
Mixture should be pourable. Alternate layers of tortillas (cut if necessary), bean mixture and cheese ending with tortillas.
Cover; bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
