Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 small onion, cut up
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained on paper towel
Preparation
    In covered blender container, blend all ingredients at high speed just until finely chopped.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Makes 2 3/4 cups.
    Serve with radishes, cauliflower, carrot, celery, etc.
