Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. scalded milk
1 large can unseasoned pumpkin
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices.
Gradually add scalded milk and mix, then add pumpkin, using spoon.
Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Lower flame to 375\u00b0; cook for 1 hour, or until knife inserted in pie at center comes out clean.
Top with whipped cream.
Serve cold or heat and eat warm.
