Chicken Livers And Bacon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    10 to 12 slices bacon, cut in half
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Dip chicken livers in buttermilk.
    Wrap a half slice of bacon around each liver and secure with toothpick.
    Coat with cracker crumbs.
    Place in 8-inch square baking dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
