Chicken And Tortilla Dumpling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 qt. cold water
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. flour tortillas (12 oz.)
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender; cool and debone.
    Cut tortillas in about 2-inch pieces.
    Bring broth to a boil and add chicken.
    Drop in the tortilla pieces; add milk.
    Continue to boil for 6 minutes. Cover and let stand until ready to eat.
