Hamburger Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Brown meat in pan with onion.
    Add celery, do not overcook, celery should be crunchy.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in casserole at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
    Carbohydrate 24 g, protein 15 g, fat 27 g, calories 399.
    One serving = 2 meat low-fat exchange, 1 bread starch exchange, 1 vegetable exchange, 4 fat exchange.
