Make Ahead Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Blend together.
Add nuts.
Put into refrigerator until serving time, then serve on a lettuce leaf.
Top each serving with a red or green cherry.
Best when made the night before.
