Wild Duck Pot Roasted - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 duck
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pod garlic
    salt
    pepper
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 c. water
    oil
Preparation
    Rub duck with salt and pepper in cavity.
    Put enough oil in pot to brown duck on all sides.
    Add water, onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic.
    Cook until duck is tender.
    You may need to add more water as duck cooks.
    When duck is cooked, remove and thicken gravy.
