Oriental Cashew Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. or 8 c. original Quaker Oaks Squares
3 oz. can or 1 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1 c. cashews or peanuts
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
Combine first 3 ingredients in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Set aside.
Combine remaining 4 ingredients in small bowl.
Pour over cereal mixture.
Stir to coat evenly.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
Cool and enjoy.
Makes 10 cups.
