Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned evaporated milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese food, cubed
    2 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped fine
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    pimento (optional)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In
    double boiler, combine evaporated milk, beaten egg, flour and
    sugar.
    Cook,\tstirring until hot.
    Add cheese and cook stirring occasionally, until smooth.
    Stir in hard-cooked eggs, onion
    and\tpimento,
    if desired.
    Remove from heat and cool completely.
    Stir in vinegar and transfer to jars.\tStore covered in refrigerator.
