Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Add lemon juice and rind to milk.
Add egg yolks and stir well. Pour into pie shell.
Beat egg whites.
Add cream of tartar to eggs.
Add sugar.
Put on pie filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
