Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 pkg. corn bread stuffing
3/4 c. hot water
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Mix stuffing with hot water.
Let soften.
Break sausage into small bits.
Add to stuffing mix.
Stir in egg.
Roll into bite-size balls.
Place on cookie sheet.
Cover with foil and cook in a 325\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking until brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
