Sea Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sea scallops
    2 eggs, beaten or 3 egg whites, beaten (low cholesterol)
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. soda crackers, ground fine
    1 tsp. salt
    sprinkle of white pepper
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. fresh dill or dill weed
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Season\tcrackers
    with seasonings.
    Dip scallops in egg mixture, then in crumbs, coating thoroughly.
    Arrange scallops on baking
    sheet
    in
    a single layer.\tPour melted butter over all. Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
