Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash
1 c. sour cream
1 medium chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 grated carrot
bread crumbs or herb crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Butter casserole.
Sprinkle part of the crumbs to cover bottom of dish.
Mix other ingredients and pour into casserole.
Sprinkle more crumbs on top.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Add grated cheese the last five minutes.
