Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk, scalded
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper
nutmeg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Bake a ready made pie crust for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the first 4 ingredients into this.
Cool milk slightly, then beat together with eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour custard mixture into the prepared crust with filling.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
