Josh'S Favorite Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
1/2 pkg. strawberry jello
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. red food coloring
2 pt. fresh strawberries
2 baked pie shells

Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch, jello, food coloring, lemon juice and water.
Cook until clear.
Pour over strawberries already placed in pie shells.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve with Cool Whip.
