Honey Buttered Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    half green pepper and onion, sliced in strips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium skillet, heat olive oil; add onions and green pepper and saute till onions are translucent, remove and clean skillet.
    In skillet melt butter; add honey, mustard, curry and salt, mix well.
    Dip chicken, both sides in mixture.
    Place chicken in a 13x9-inch dish, top with onions and peppers, and add remaining sauce and bake 30 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
    EAT.
