Jalapeno Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. jalapeno peppers
    Wesson oil
    vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 bags carrots
    6 buttons garlic
    3 large onions
Preparation
    Rubber gloves are a must!
    Slice peppers lengthwise.
    Take out seeds and veins.
    Wash thoroughly to remove excess seeds.
    In one pot, put peppers and cover with oil.
    Cook on medium, stirring constantly, until peppers turn greyish in color.
    In another pot, put sliced carrots, onions, garlic and salt; cover with vinegar. Cook until carrots are tender.
    Have jars ready to seal.
    Combine mixtures and fill jars.
    Seal tightly.
