Old Fashion Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
3 c. chopped apples
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Preparation

Mix salad oil, eggs and sugar together.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Then add to egg and sugar mixture.
Mix well.
Then stir in nuts and apples.
