Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion
    1 c. celery
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 cans chicken and rice soup
    1 c. rice, prepared (which will yield 2 c.)
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Prepare 1 cup of Comet rice as directed on box.
    Combine sausage, onion and celery and simmer about 5 minutes.
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Pour in casserole dish and bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Stir after first 30 minutes and cover with lid.
