Cheese And Ale Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. Maytag Bleu or other bleu cheese
    1 oz. American cheese (goat cheese)
    6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. Hungarian paprika
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 c. ale
Preparation
    Process in processor until smooth.
    If too thick, add beer. Pack in small bowl.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Serve at room temperature.
