Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
7 Tbsp. cocoa
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3 c. flour (cake or plain)
Preparation

Cream butter, Crisco and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Beat well.
Add vanilla.
Sift flour and cocoa with baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture, adding flour first, then 1/4 of milk until all flour and milk has been added to creamed mixture. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Bake this in large tube pan.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn onto wire rack to completely cool.
