Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    3 slices white bread, cubed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cube meat, brown and drain.
    Beat eggs; add milk, mustard and bread.
    Stir in cheese and meat.
    Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Before baking remove foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
