Savory Pot Roast(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round bone chuck roast (3 to 3 1/2 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 large onions, diced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    16 oz. tomatoes with liquid
    1 c. water, divided
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. browning sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Brown roast in oil.
    Saute onions and garlic until tender. Add to roast.
    Stir in tomatoes, 1/2 cup water, horseradish, browning sauce, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 2 to 3 hours until tender.
    Remove roast.
    Use 2 cups pan juices.
    Mix flour and water; stir into juices.
    Cook for 5 minutes until thick and bubbly.
    Slice roast and serve with gravy.
