Hot Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained and flaked
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Combine salmon, rice, celery and parsley in large mixing bowl. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
    Add to salmon mixture; toss lightly.
    Place in one-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
