Hot Cheesy Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    3 c. Minute rice
    4 c. hot water
    5 beef bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
    1 to 2 chopped jalapenos
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Spray pan with Pam.
    (This prevents cheese from sticking.) Mix all ingredients, except rice, in large pan or skillet on top of stove.
    Heat, stirring until cheese melts.
    Add rice and simmer, uncovered, for about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Great with barbecue.
